About Dr. Trevor Davis, PsyD, ABPP

Rehabilitation and Pain Psychologist in Colorado and Washington

I help people live more fully—especially those managing chronic pain, neuroplastic pain, injuries, or long-term medical conditions. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and centered on helping you regain a sense of control while reconnecting with what matters most in your life.

As a board-certified rehabilitation psychologist, I specialize in rehabilitation psychology, pain psychology, and recovery from structural and neuroplastic conditions. Many people work with me to navigate the emotional effects of trauma, grief, and loss related to health challenges or injury recovery. I use proven, research-supported treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), to support both physical and emotional healing. I am also trained in and provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in Fort Collins, CO.

With over 15 years of experience, I’ve helped people build resilience, manage chronic medical conditions, and improve well-being through a biopsychosocial approach. Beyond rehabilitation and pain recovery, I also enjoy working with individuals seeking to enhance mental and physical performance in activities such as running, rock climbing, mountaineering, and strength training. You can explore more about my areas of focus on the Services page.

My therapy style is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. We’ll focus on the goals that matter most to you, using realistic strategies that fit your life. I offer telehealth and in-person sessions, along with free phone or video consultation calls to help you decide if we’re a good fit. Please reach out—I look forward to connecting and helping you move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I’m based in Colorado and hold active psychologist licenses in both Colorado and Washington State. Through the PSYPACT interstate compact, I’m also able to provide telehealth psychology services to clients in many other states. You can view the PSYPACT map here, or contact me directly with questions.
