I specialize in rehabilitation psychology, pain psychology, and supporting people in their recovery after injury and/or with chronic medical conditions. Additionally, often people work with me to address experiences of trauma, grief, and loss. Evidence based treatments include the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The treatment approach and goals will be individualized to your needs and we will make a treatment plan together during your first appointment.
I am board certified in Rehabilitation Psychology, with over 10 years experience helping people who have chronic medical conditions, including chronic pain. In addition to rehabilitation-related needs I enjoy helping people with physical and mental recovery and performance in mountain-related supports. See the Services page for more information.
I live and work between Washington State and Colorado. I have active psychologist licenses in both states and can work with people located in either state. Additionally, I have an interstate compact with PsyPact which allows me to work with people in various states. More information is here, and please contact me with questions.
