About: Dr. Davis, an expert in chronic pain management and recovery, has hosted weekly workshops on topics relevant to people who want to learn more about psychological approaches for chronic pain. Each workshop focuses on a new topic.

What: Each workshop will follow the same general outline
1) Introduction to workshop and review of goals/guidelines
2) Brief introductions (video and audio for each attendee will be requested)
3) Relaxation technique practice - Dr. Davis will teach and guide a short relaxation practice.
4) Education on a chronic pain practice or principle
5) Open discussion and Q&A session for the remainder of the workshop time
Who: These workshops are intended for people living with chronic pain. You do not need to be a current client/patient of Dr. Davis to attend.
