Pain Recovery & Management

Understanding Pain (videos)

Short, clear explanation of how chronic pain develops and how the nervous system can change over time. Excellent for patients new to the concept of neuroplastic pain. Howard Schubiner presents a six-video series about pain, how the brain creates pain, predictive coding, and other topics, including how to reverse some causes of chronic pain.
