Fees/Insurance

Payment options for services include insurance or self-pay. I am an in-network provider with Regence and Premera in Washington State. 

Self-pay and out-of-network rates are below. Many insurance companies will accept receipts of service that you can submit for reimbursement. It is important that you find out exactly what mental health services are covered by your health insurance. Please note that some health plans offer a limited number of sessions, require pre-approval, and/or require approval for additional sessions to be authorized. If you have questions about your policy call your plan administrator.  

My fees are:

Evaluation or Consultation (60 minutes) - $200.00

Therapy Appointment (45 minutes) - $150.00 

Therapy Appointment (30 minutes) - $130.00

Therapy Appointment (60 minutes) - $180.00

As of 2022, those paying without insurance and/or those who are uninsured are afforded rights under the No Surprises Act and the Good Faith Estimate notice. Please review here for more information, and if applicable we will discuss more before your first appointment and with any subsequent appointments. 

In circumstances of unusual financial hardship, I may be able to offer a fee adjustment based on an established sliding scale fee structure. 

Payment for therapy will occur at the time of service. 

I am not able to accept self-pay from individuals who are recipients of Medicaid benefits in Colorado.
